The father from Thetford Mines is proud to collaborate once again with the team at the Salon Auto Sport Miller Lite in Quebec City to celebrate its 50th anniversary. You can see its design and graphic adaptation of the Black Pearl on the souvenir magazine, t-shirts, exhibitor passes, vehicle identification cards and trophies awarded to the winners on Saturday and Sunday.
"My father has always had a passion for cars and motorcycles. He made sure I had it too. As far back as I can remember, we attended car shows with family and friends. Old cars have been a part of my life since then. I draw them, I build them, I paint them and I dream about them."
After working for a delivery company for 10 years, Carl-André Giroux decided it was time to make his dream a reality. He worked under the wings of another professional, while building his own garage, and finally opened his own business in 2013.
The one who calls himself @dbildvil on social media specializes mainly in the artistic aspects of his work. He is behind the design of the jerseys of companies and clubs in the automotive industry: V8 Passion Magazine, Club Mustang Québec, Série Nationale Festidrag, Salon Auto Sport Miller Lite de Québec, and many others.
Mr Giroux now shares his time of visual creation with the restoration of antique vehicles and teaching at the Commission scolaire Beauce-Etchemin. He works mainly with young people with different academic difficulties. He teaches them how to cut, manufacture, weld, etc., in order to manufacture different vehicles.
The entire team at the 50th Miller Lite Sport Auto Show in Quebec City sincerely wishes to thank Mr. Carl-André Giroux for his excellent work.
The design features the Black Pearl, but also the festive spirit behind this 50th anniversary!
50 candles, it's a big celebration!
